Cultural and Commercial Land

Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei land holdings consist of cultural and commercial lands.

Whai Rawa is responsible for increasing the commercial asset base.

Commercial lands include the North Shore lands purchased through the WAI388 Treaty of Waitangi Settlement, Quay Park lands in Central Auckland along with other key holdings in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
