How do I enrol in Toi Tupu?
To enrol in Toi Tupu, you can apply for yourself, or on behalf of your children (under-18) by:

What do I need to enrol?
You must be a registered member of Ngati Whatua Orakei. If you have not yet registered with Ngati Whatua Orakei, you can do so at:
You need to provide us with your personal information for each person enrolling:
Date of Birth
If you are enrolling children under the age of 18, we need your signature to confirm that you are the authorised guardian acting on their behalf.
You need an IRD Number. If you don’t have one, you can find information about getting one at: https://www.govt.nz/browse/tax-benefits-and-finance/ird-numbers/get-an-ird-number/
Already have an IRD number but don't know what it is? You can find it:
in your myIR Secure Online Services account
on letters or statements from the IRD
on your KiwiSaver statement
on your income details from your employer
or you can ask your bank.
You need to tell us what Income Tax Bracket you belong to. If you earned:
Between $0-$14,000 in the last year, your tax rate will be 10.5%;
Between $14,001-$48,000 in the last year, your tax rate will be 17.5%;
Between $48,001-$70,000 in your last year, your tax rate will be 30%;
Over $70,000, your tax rate will be 33%.
